Behind every smooth-running office is someone making sure the technology behaves, the details are handled, and the unexpected gets solved before anyone else even notices. At Neyens Law, that person is Randy.
Randy helps keep the firm running behind the scenes by setting up and troubleshooting technology, managing office operations, and making sure everything flows smoothly day to day. If a computer freezes, a printer revolts, or something mysteriously stops working five minutes before a meeting, Randy is usually the one who figures it out. His creative problem-solving skills have earned him the unofficial title of “Office MacGyver.”
Randy also plays an important role during client signings, occasionally serving as a witness and helping ensure everything runs seamlessly. When the firm hosts workshops or special events, he’s often the one making sure the logistics come together so guests can focus on learning and connecting.
Having survived open-heart surgery and throat cancer, Randy brings a very personal understanding of why planning matters. He knows firsthand that life can throw the unexpected our way, which is exactly why being prepared is so important for the families we serve.
Randy is also Elizabeth’s husband, which means the two of them make a pretty dynamic powerhouse at the firm. While Randy may be the office MacGyver and chief problem-solver, he will be the first to tell you that Elizabeth is — and always will be — the boss.
