Legal Assistant
As our Legal Assistant, Sandie helps guide clients through the estate planning process from start to finish. She plays an important role in gathering the plan details and financial information needed to help craft an estate plan that reflects each client’s unique circumstances, priorities, and goals.
Sandie brings more than 25 years of experience in the legal field. She grew up in Bloomington, Minnesota, and after graduating from high school joined the United States Marine Corps. During her service she was stationed in Washington, D.C., where she worked for the Secretary of the Navy at the Pentagon. After receiving an Honorable Discharge, Sandie began working as a legal secretary in Washington, D.C., building the strong organizational and client service skills she brings to the firm today.
Sandie later spent ten years as a stay-at-home mom raising her son and twin daughters, where she proudly served as the Lieutenant in Charge of a very busy household battalion, before returning to the legal profession.
Today, Sandie and her husband enjoy life with their blended family of six children and two mini double doodles, Louie and Gus, who keep things entertaining at home. Outside the office, Sandie loves spending time with family and friends. She and her husband enjoy going to concerts and listening to live music, and she also enjoys biking, trying new restaurants, baking, puzzles, and rubber stamp crafting.
At 5’1″, Sandie proudly proves that great things often come in small packages—she may be short, but she’s definitely mighty.
